Our hybrid day transition to adding in high-intensity conditioning drills like battle ropes and kettlebell swings to boost endurance and burn calories. Perfect for all fitness levels, this comprehensive session offers a balanced approach to building strength and overall fitness.

Lower Body

Kick off with targeted strength exercises for your legs, glutes, and hips to build muscle and power. (Tuesday session) Then, switch gears to high-energy conditioning, featuring drills like jump squats and sled pushes to enhance endurance and torch calories. (Friday session)

Speed & Endurance

Rev up your fitness journey with our Speed & Endurance Intensity class! Designed for those seeking a full-body challenge, this high-octane session combines dynamic movements and intense intervals to enhance speed, agility, and endurance. From explosive plyometrics to heart-pounding cardio circuits, every moment is dedicated to pushing your limits and maximizing your results. Suitable for all fitness levels. (Wednesday and Saturday)
