The Group Sessions

Upper Body

The Lift component focuses on a compound movement, like bench presses or pull-ups, to build raw strength and power in your chest, shoulders, back, and arms. If muscle sculpting is your goal, the Sculpt portion isolates specific muscle groups through accessory exercises that target the arms, shoulders, chest and upper back for a defined and sculpted physique. Meanwhile, the Condition focus ramps up your heart rate with exercises that challenge your endurance and boost cardiovascular fitness, helping you build stamina while working your entire upper body.

Lower Body
Our Lower Body program is designed to help you achieve your specific fitness goals, whether you’re aiming for strength, muscle definition, or endurance. The Lift focus is on a single compound movement, such as squats or deadlifts, to build power and strength in your lower body. If you’re looking to target specific muscle groups, the Sculpt option includes accessory lifts that isolate and define the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves, helping you achieve a toned and sculpted look. For those wanting to boost stamina and endurance, the Condition component incorporates high-intensity exercises that elevate your heart rate, improve cardiovascular fitness, and push your limits.

Speed & Endurance
Rev up your fitness journey with our Speed & Endurance Intensity class! Designed for those seeking a full-body challenge, this high-octane session combines dynamic movements and intense intervals to enhance speed, agility, and endurance. From explosive plyometrics to heart-pounding cardio circuits, every moment is dedicated to pushing your limits and maximizing your results. Suitable for all fitness levels. (Wednesday and Saturday)
