Recovery Lounge services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Recovery Lounge memberships are purchased in person.

Membership Eligibility

General gym memberships are available to individuals 16 years of age and older.

Members ages 16–17 must participate with a supervising parent or legal guardian.

Individuals under 18 may participate in private coaching sessions with parent or guardian consent.
